What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Help-Autism.com treats personal information that we may happen to collect or receive. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

General - There are a several different ways we collect visitor and advertiser’s information.

Help-Autism.com collects personal information if you happen to email us with a comment or question. Even though Help-Autism.com is an informational site and we don't collect private information just for the sake of gathering information on our web visitors, there are a couple of different ways we collect information on our visitors. The following cases where we collect information are necessary in order to make the site work for the visitors that use Help-Autism.com.

1. Help-Autism.com may utilize opt in campaign(s) for follow-up emails in order to educate visitors who want additional information about the site or Dr. Stacy Goresko's Autism Services. Such information is collected through a legitimate and established intermediary; www.aweber.com. Any given visitor who opts into one of our email marketing and educational campaigns can easily unsubscribe from them at anytime without having to offer any explanation. Help-Autism.com is aware of regulations requiring that email marketers can and must be able to opt out easily or explanation.
2. We reserve the right to promote or sell our services and products on Help-Autism.com. In order to to do so, Help-Autism.com needs to collect email addresses, phone numbers recorded and gathered through Pay Pal. Pay Pal uses this information to process and track the transaction. We do not use emails for the sake of hammering our visitors with persistent, drawn out newsletter mailings or rapidly repeating email-marketing campaigns. We periodically use our visitors emails for the purpose of delivering to our subscribers brief reminders or notices of interest. You can easily unsubscribe from all email broadcasts.
3. Help-Autism.com also automatically receives and records information on my server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Help-Autism.com cookie information, and the page you request. The Help-Autism.com uses information for the following general purposes: to improve my services, and to provide anonymous reporting and people's use of my website. Help-Autism.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies ever.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences In General

You easily unsubscribe from receiving any email and opt in campaigns that Help-Autism.com runs. The only account information we keep on our users is for maintaining our own financial records. After a period, we automatically delete all extra unnecessary archival information that we don’t need for our business and does not have any relevance to our financial records or running the site.

Help-Autism.com does not in any way divulge any information about my users, to a third party.
